Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders are usually shipped from the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after being processed. Some orders take longer (up to 7-10 business days) depending on availability and stock. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We use several shipping services (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) depending on the items being shipped. Our primary method of shipping is "ground" due to the high shipping cost associated with our larger items.
 
Delivery times for ground shipping are 5 to 7 business days to arrive (coast to coast). Orders may take longer during holidays.
 
International Shipping
If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please  send us an email at sales@tailgatorz.com. Please include the item/s you would like to purchase and have shipped internationally. Include the address and your contact info and a sales representative will contact you as soon as possible to process your order.
 
Where is My Product Shipping From?
Products are shipped from one of our warehouses/manufacturers near you depending on availability and stock. If you ordered more than one item, your order may come in multiple packages from multiple locations depending on availability and stock.
 
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with the product you purchased from TailGatorz.com please e-mail us (sales@tailgatorz.com) to schedule a return. Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of purchase.

When returning a product please include your name, address, invoice/order number. If you are unable to locate your invoice number please contact our Customer Service Department.
 
Once we have received your return you will receive a refund of the product minus shipping cost from the original purchase price. A restocking fee may apply on certain products.
 
PLEASE CONTACT US FOR THE CORRECT ADDRESS BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS TO US.
 
Damaged Items
If you received your product and it was damaged or defected, please take pictures of the damaged item and send them to [sales@tailgatorz.com]. Our customer service department will assess the damage and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
