Shipping & Returns
Most orders take up to 7-10 days to leave the warehouse, once the order is processed. Processing orders may take longer when placed on weekends or holidays. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks before being shipped. Once shipped, transit to delivery time is 5-7 business days. Processing, shipping and delivery time may be longer during holidays.
Where is My Product Shipping From?
Products are shipped from one of our warehouses/manufacturers near you depending on availability. If you ordered more than one item, your order may come in multiple packages from multiple locations.
If you receive an item that is not the item you ordered, the correct item will be sent to you at no additional charge. Depending on the item, we may ask you to return the incorrect item received; your shipping cost for the return will be refunded to you if we ask for the return. In some cases a return of the incorrect item will not be necessary.
If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified by email. We usually give the option for an immediate refund or to ship your item once it is in stock. This option depends on the item, as some items may be on backorder for months due to high demand.
If you are simply unhappy with your merchandise, please contact us by email describing the problem and to request a return and return instructions. Once we have received your return, you will be issued a refund, minus the original shipping cost. A restocking fee may apply on certain products.

If you received damaged merchandise, please take pictures of the damage and send them to [firstname.lastname@example.org]. We will assess the damage and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
